wow. I cannot even begin to put into words the awesomeness of this past weekend…maybe it’s the exhaustion, but I think I am still just so excited about how amazing Saima and Imran’s wedding turned out!  The colors, the music, the love, everything was spectacular and I feel sooooooooo privileged that they allowed me to be a little part of their family for the last 5 days. I don’t think I have ever met such a sweet, hospitable, accommodating group of families…they really made me, Ben and Shy feel at home and welcome. This is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the images that we got from this wedding. I am sure that there will be many, many more posts to follow (from a total of 5 days of events) and I am so excited to start going through all of these images….all 5 million of them. Well there might not be that many but I am pretty sure my computer’s hard drive hates me now after dumping all of these images on there! Anyways on to the photos!!! Thank you so much Saima and Imran, and the Hussain and Issa families and friends for making this such a wonderful experience for me!

These shots are from day 3 of the wedding events, the joint mehndi party, but when I saw these shots I just had to post them…even if I don’t follow the timeline!dallas indian wedding photographer, dallas pakistani wedding photographer, dallas wedding photographer, plano wedding photographer, richardson wedding photographer, dallas mehndi photography, the fairmont dallas wedding photography, the westin dfw wedding photography, lynette j photography, lynette j wedding photography, lynette j, dallas photographer, indian wedding photographer lynette j

Ok, that’s it from me for now…LOTS more to come!  Congrats guys….it was awesome!

So you might recognize this beautiful couple from December when I covered their engagement party…which was so much fun!  We have been trying to get together for a while to do their official e-session and things came together perfect this week and I was able to join them at their dance lesson.  I was so excited to come along with them to their dance lesson at the gorgeous Arthur Murray Dance Studio in Dallas (so for all you engaged couples in Dallas, I would highly recommend them for dance lessons!  They are extremely nice and the instructors are super cool!).  Saima decided that this would be a perfect time to break-in her shoes that she will be wearing for the big day(s)…and beautiful pair of Jimmy Choos (I love me some heels and I am super jealous, cause they are stunning!).  I am so excited to be shooting their wedding and all the accompanying parties next week, it is going to be a blast!  I absolutely love this couple and their families, they are too awesome.  Thanks guys for letting me tag-a-long this week, now here are some of my favorites!

I loved the movement in her hair here!dsc_1603

This past weekend I went out to El Paso, TX to see my little cousins graduate from high school! Other than making me feel really old, I had an awesome time with my family.  While we were there I convinced my cousin Steph to do a quick senior session with me.  Her mom really wanted some senior pictures, so we called the school to see if they would mind us using the new gym for a shoot.  They were totally ok with that and Steph was so excited since playing basketball (and like every other sport imaginable) for her school was such a huge part of her high school career.  I was so happy to do this for her because she is truly such a sweetheart and worked so hard in school to get in to college with a scholarship!  It is crazy how fast time has gone by…it seems like just the other day that she was starting kindergarten.  Anyways, enough with the nostalgia, here are the pictures!
