I had the privilege of being able to capture the intimate and beautiful wedding of Juveria and Wasi at the end of 2009.  It was such a joyous and emotional occasion, you could just see the love that these two have for each other.  Wasi’s family opened up their beautiful home for the ceremony, and it really gave the wedding such a close-knit feel…I loved it!  Juveria is absolutely goregeous, inside and out, so she made my “job” that much easier!  These are some of my favorites from their nikah…Enjoy!

Before I get into this post (which is a fun one!) I wanted to apologize for completely falling off the face of the earth in December!  I was such a bad blogger! December was seriously such a crazy busy month for me and now that the new year is here things are finally starting to calm down!  And I am so grateful for that.  I have so many blog posts to catch up on….so many beautiful weddings to share!  So let’s start!

Jazi and Shez…quite possibly the cutest couple ever.  I had such a wonderful time shooting their wedding, I can’t remember the last time that I have laughed so much.  Jazi has the most beautiful, kind personality (and a laugh that is infectious!) and Shez , you can just see the love that he has for Jazi when he looks at her.  Jazi and Shez, thank you so much for all of your kindness and for making me feel more like a guest and friend, than your wedding photographer.  Here is a teeny tiny peek at the night of their mehndi, which took place at the Hotel Intercontinental in Dallas.  It really was a beautiful affair…

I had the most wonderful engagement session this past Sunday (before the cold front came in!!) with the sweetest couple that I could have ever asked for…meet Jazi and Shez.  They are seriously some of the nicest people ever, and I knew that I loved them even more when they told me how they met at med school…more on that story with the full post! I really cannot wait to shoot their wedding at the end of the month, I know it’s going to be so much fun!  For now here are just a few of my faves from our session on Sunday…
